How ownership and licensing of project materials are handled.
Last updated: 05 October 2026
Design concepts, layouts, wireframes and visual assets created by Web Infozen™ during a project remain our intellectual property until ownership is transferred in accordance with the applicable agreement and upon receipt of full payment.
Custom source code developed specifically for a client project may be transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise stated in the project agreement. Pre-existing code, internal frameworks, reusable components, utilities and development tools remain the property of Web Infozen™ and may be licensed for use within the delivered project.
Custom graphics, icons and illustrations created specifically for a project are handled according to the project agreement. Stock images, purchased assets, fonts and third-party graphics remain subject to the licences under which they were obtained and are not transferred outright.
Written content, copy, documentation and other textual material created by Web Infozen™ for a project is licensed to the client for use with the delivered project upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.
You retain ownership of all logos, images, text, data, trademarks and other materials you provide to us. By providing such materials, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights and permissions to use them. You agree to indemnify Web Infozen™ against any claims arising from materials you supply.
Projects may incorporate third-party components such as plugins, libraries, themes, APIs, fonts or stock media. These remain subject to their respective licences. Any licence fees, renewals or restrictions associated with third-party assets are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Web Infozen™ name, logo and brand assets may not be used, reproduced or modified without prior written permission.
